Thanks to Jen and Jason, we got a Go Pro for Christmas. Paul has been having a lot of fun learning how to use it and testing it out while skiing. Here's a couple videos of our first times out using it.

Snowball Fight, Zip Line and Alpine Slide
Another perk that we got with our season passes was a pack of all day activity passes for all the stuff going on up at Oktoberfest. We didn't use it the weekend we stayed up there because we were already too busy that weekend. We went up this past weekend to put them to use. We definitely got good use of them. We got there as soon as it opened to beat the crowds. It worked out well because we got to do everything a bunch of times and it was soooo crowded later in the day.
Supposedly the kids were too little to do the rock climbing wall but they let them anyways. They had fun but it was a little tough for them because the handholds were a bit too spread out. They had some fear of the heights though too.
Colin could do the zip line but Audrey was too small. He went on it 5 times; 3 with dad and 2 with mom. He loved it.

Audrey loved the alpine slide and she did that one 5 times. Here's a video Paul took of them on it. He had funny camera angles but it's really cute
Must have: Chocolate dipped waffles on a stick
We went up the tram and had a snowball fight!
So pretty!
Audrey wanted to bring snow back home with her. She was mad there was only a "little snow and not enough to ski"
They had a new set of trampolines set up and it was great because no one seemed to know they were there so we got a lot of time on them.

Cousins Visit!
We all had so much fun when the cousins came out to visit! This post brought to you entirely by cell phone pictures. Sometimes you wouldn't know we got new cameras for Christmas last year.

Perfect Weekend
This weekend was a really fun family filled weekend. We were able to just hang out together doing fun things.
Saturday morning we went to Home Depot. The kids LOVE going there and really look forward to it. I'm not sure why they made bird houses in January but they are cute and they had fun. I think we'll make some bird feeders some time and then put them all out.
Saturday afternoon we headed up to Alta to ski. It was beautiful, 34 degrees and sunny! So much better than the 14 degrees and smoggy down in the valley. The kids did great. Colin and I skied two runs together without Paul. This is a big deal, it's the first time he has been comfortable enough to ski with just me.
Driving back down into the valley....YUCK!
Colin was talking on Saturday night that he wanted to go hiking. "I love hiking and we NEVER go" he said. So, we decided to go hiking on Sunday. We needed another excuse to get up and out of the smog again. We decided to head up to Park City so we could take the dogs. As we were driving up we kept an eye on the temperature. It started at 14 when we left the valley. At Parleys Summit, it was up to 32. As we headed down into Park City it was back to 19. So....we headed back up to the summit to find a hike to do. We'd never hiked in that area before but it was perfect for what we were looking for. I took a ton of pictures and loved so many that I am ending up with a huge post.
I actually made it into a couple of pictures today

The dogs had so much fun. I don't think they're going to be able to move for a few days
The kids slid most of the way back down on their bottoms
Having SOOO much fun!
