Ghost Falls

On Saturday we decided to take the family for a hike. We had a hard time deciding where to go. We wanted somewhere that we could take the dogs and the kids. We wanted the hike to have a "finish" and not be too long. It was pretty tough to find something that met the description. We decided to hike to Ghost Falls. The hike is down in Corner Canyon where we bike a lot. It didn't start out all that great. The kids were both super fussy and Colin fell early on and scratched up his face
It did get better though. Colin hiked most of the way and Audrey hiked some also. She would not stay in the back pack carrier on the way up because Colin was down and walking
The end of the hike has a water fall....which we realized on the way up was actually watershed and the dogs were not allowed to be there. Oops. We had already hiked halfway and promised a 3 year old a waterfall, we were not turning back.
The dogs had a lot of fun. They wanted to get in the water so bad but we couldn't let them.
The kids sat and had some snacks at the falls
