Last month Paul and I took a day off of work to go mountain biking(downhill at Deer Valley). It works well to take the day off work because then the kids are still at daycare. It's prepaid babysitting and we can go longer. We never want to leave them long enough on a Saturday to do stuff like this.

This was the day where I got stung by a bee in my shirt, slammed on my breaks, flipped over my handlebars, and got a concussion.
