This past weekend we went down to St George with Tara and Ben to go mountain biking. They have a time share at a condo place down there and invited us to go with them. We headed down on Thursday night and stayed until Sunday. It was such a nice place. We stayed in a two bedroom condo with a nice deck outside. The place had two playgrounds and pools with hot tubs and kiddie pools. It was perfect for a weekend with kids. We spent the whole weekend either swimming or biking.
On Friday morning the guys went out biking first while Tara and I stayed with the kids. We went afterwards. The ride we did was Bearclaw Poppy. It was such a fun ride. A lot of up and down on the way out that made it a good workout. It was a really fast and fun ride on the way back.

On Saturday we drove out past Hurricane and rode at Gooseberry Mesa. Tara and I went first and then the guys came out with the kids and took them on a little hike before they went out riding. It was a really fun but very challenging trail. I had a pretty bad fall and took a handlebar to my chest and have been really sore since.
